what I'm loving this week . . .

1)  Pecans

Best nut ever, no?

2)Time with my grandad

My grandads is officially the best. Hes intelligent, interesting and hilarious, along with being the nicest, most thoughtful, sweetest man. I have been spending alot of time with him lately, chit chatting about everything from current affairs, international politics and his childhood memories to health benefits of tomatoes. He is my biggest inspiration to work hard, be nice, stay inquisitive and enjoy life.

my great great grandfather.... old school.

3) Pourable yogurt

Picked this up on a whim whilst out grocery shopping with my Dad... not normally something I would buy, but it was on sale (and he way paying!) I have been switching up my breakfast lately after staying with my Aunt on my trip to London a few weeks ago inspired me to go raw with my a.m oats (mainly because cooking porridge is the last thing I want to do when I am in a rush to get out the door) The pourable yogurt is the perfect consistency for this type of breakfast (yogurt is too thick, and milk too thin) It is SO good!! Ive been enjoying mine over oats and fruit with nuts, seeds and raisins sprinkled on top. Mmmmm. Has me springing out of bed in the morning!

4) Bubble baths

In line with my goal to treat myself right this winter, I have been indulging in the ultimate relaxation. Soft lighting, scented candles, wine, chilled music and magazines, soft warm towels. . .  the works. All I need next time is the rose petals!

5) Autumn nail polish

Favourite way to get into the new season!

6) Lip balm

Been needing alot of this lately as the weather is getting colder. My favourite is Smith's  Rosebud salve, it really is the best!!

p.s. Apologies for the last post which messed up my page layout, the image was huge but that was the only size the text was visible and I really wanted to share the info!
